Penfound-McNutt is proud to announce this addition to the Northern Ontario team of reporters covering Gravenhurst, Bracebridge, Huntsville and Parry Sound north to New Liskeard, Kirkland Lake and Timmins out of their head office in downtown North Bay.
As team leader, Heather has over 30 years' experience in the industry as a reporter and transcriptionist, as well as an IT and systems consultant. Valuing life skills as much as professional attributes, the team she leads is critical to the services offered, and instrumental in the growth and stability of the business model. Leading by example, she is hands-on, accessible and able to motivate and encourage enthusiasm, resulting in a team of people who take awesome to the next level!
Experience is more than expertise and knowledge, it is atmosphere and culture. We take pride in the important work we do ... and it doesn't stop there. We anticipate and recognize that these may be familiar surroundings for us and counsel whose careers involve litigation, but for many caught up in the process, an examination is anything but routine.
Striving to be a place of calm during the litigation storm, where understanding is instinctive and comfort is front and center, our focus is to provide the best possible atmosphere in which we all can function at our best.
Believing communication is key to organization and success, we partner with businesses and vendors to add value to our services and products. However, our interest in adding value includes communication and partnering with client law firms to ensure our growth as a provider by understanding changes within the industry, enabling us to transition and develop to meet the needs and expectations of today and tomorrow.
